Corporate members form the foundation and support structure for JASNC.  With their financial support and commitment to corporate social responsibility, our Corporate Members help make better communities for their customers, employees and their families. 

JASNC offers value-packed memberships to companies, institutions and organizations in North Carolina that are interested in developing stronger business, economic, educational, public policy, cultural and social exchange and interaction between Japan and North Carolina.  JASNC's programs and events provide support, information, resources and opportunities that help our corporate members build lasting professional and personal relationships, and improve the quality of life for their employees and families. 

Listed below are the various levels and respective benefits of JASNC Corporate Membership. 

Corporate Membership Application 

​Core Benefits for ALL Corporate Members include:

  • Business referrals from inquiries to JASNC staff.

  • Listing as JASNC Corporate Members on JASNC website.

  • Invitations to attend business, policy and educational seminars and events of value to member management and employees.

  • Opportunities to host or sponsor business seminars, meetings and networking events to promote your business.

  • Advertising and marketing opportunities to reach a broader or more targeted audience.

  • Access to information and resources on Japanese business activities and culture in NC, NC companies doing or seeking business in Japan, and government assistance programs for business relocation or expansion in NC and Japan.

  • Employee and family assistance and many other benefits, perks and information to help improve the quality of life for member employees and their families.

  • Voting rights at JASNC Annual Meeting.

 

Platinum Corporate Membership  - all Core Benefits PLUS:                                   $4,000/year

  • Eight (8) free tickets to Annual Meeting.

  • Eight (8) discounted half-price tickets to other select JASNC events.

  • Eight (8) free individual memberships (non-voting) for employees.

  • Eight (8) additional individual memberships for employees & spouses at discounted rate.

  • Platinum reserved seating at JASNC events for Corporate Representative & one guest.

  • Advance prior notice of upcoming JASNC events with limited seating.

  • 1000 character Member profile on JASNC website with corporate logo & direct link to Member’s website.

  • Featured listing & recognition on JASNC website & Member Directory.

  • Invitations to special private VIP functions.

  • Forty (40) free job postings per year on JASNC website.

 

 

 

Gold Corporate Membership  - all Core Benefits PLUS:                                       $2,000/year

  • Four (4) free tickets to Annual Dinner Gala & Meeting.

  • Four (4) discounted half-price tickets to other select JASNC events.

  • Four (4 free individual memberships (non-voting) for employees.

  • Four (4) additional individual memberships for employees & spouses at discounted rate.

  • Gold reserved seating at JASNC events for Corporate Representative & one guest.

  • Advance prior notice of upcoming JASNC events with limited seating.

  • 500 character Member profile on JASNC website & Member Directory with corporate logo & direct link to Member’s website.

  • Highlighted recognition on JASNC website.

  • Twenty (20) free job postings per year on JASNC website.

 

 

 

Silver Corporate Membership - all Core Benefits PLUS:                                       $1,000/year

  • Two (2) free tickets to Annual Dinner Gala & Meeting.

  • Two (2) discounted half-price tickets to other select JASNC events.

  • Two (2) free individual memberships (non-voting) for employees.

  • Two (2) additional individual memberships for employees & spouses at discounted rate.

  • Silver reserved seating at JASNC events for Corporate Representative & one guest.

  • Advance prior notice of JASNC events with limited seating.

  • 250 character Member profile on JASNC website & Member Directory with corporate logo & direct link to Member’s website.

  • Recognition on JASNC website.

  • Ten (10) free job postings  per year on JASC website & quaterly reports.

 

 

 

Regular Corporate Members - all Core Benefits PLUS:                                      $500/year

  • One (1) free ticket to Annual Dinner Gala & Meeting.

  • One (1) discounted half-price ticket to other select JASNC events.

  • One (1) free individual membership (non-voting) for employee.

  • One (1) additional individual membership for another employee & spouse at discounted rate.

  • 125 character Member profile on JASNC website & Member Directory with corporate logo & direct link to Member’s website.

 

 

 

Small Business Corporate Members  - all Core Benefits PLUS:                           $200/year

  • Direct link to corporate website on JASNC webpage & Member Directory.

  • Two (2) free job postings per year on JASNC website.

​      **Note:Small Business memberships are for companies having less than ten employees.

 

 

 

Institutional Corporate Members - all Core Benefits PLUS:                                   $200/year

 

Non-Profit Organization with Japan focus receives free listing & profile on JASNC website with their logo & direct link to their website, provided they also list & include a link to JASNC’s website on their NPO website.

      *Institutional Memberships are for non-profit or charitable organizations, clubs, universities, schools, cultural groups,  

         government agencies, chambers of commerce and similar entities. Institutional.

 

  • University, school & other similar institution with educational focus or specific program about Japan receives free listing & profile on JASNC website with their logo & a direct link to their institutional or program website.

  • All Institutional Corporate Members with a Japan focus or specific program about Japan receive up to ten (10) free job postings per year (relating to those programs) on JASNC website.

  • Cross-promotion of Institutional Corporate Member’s programs & events on JASNC website (free if Member also cross-promotes JASNC programs & events on their website; otherwise may be subject to payment of small additional fee).

  • Mutual collaboration & cooperation with JASNC to avoid duplication of programs & events & scheduling conflicts.

     

 

 

 

Founding Members                                                          Optional $88 one time charge

 

Becoming a Founding Member is an optional add-on to the Individual Memberships outlined above.  In addition to their Individual Memberships, Founding Members will also receive:

  • Recognition as “Founding Member” for the life of your JASNC membership in the JASNC website and when attending future programs

  • Special invitation seating at periodic events
