​Instructions for Submitting
Individual Membership Application and Payment

Thank you for your interest in joining JASNC.  Applying for Individual Membership is a simple two-step process.

 

First, please complete and submit your Application for Individual Membership provided below.  Submit your Application online by pressing the "Submit" button, or by printing and mailing your Application to us with your payment. Please click here for the applicaition form. 

 

After completing your Individual Application, please submit your annual membership payment via personal check made payable to "Japan-America Society of North Carolina" and mail it to us at P.O. Box 3834, Chapel Hill, NC 27515.  Or you can pay online.  Please see the following instruction.  

 

Note: Please use Chrome browser. You may not be able to pay with Explorer browser.  You don't need your own PayPal account to make a payment. You can use your debit or credit card and your payment will go through PayPal.  Please call us if you have any further issue.  919-278-7857

Step 1

After you fill out the form, please click "Submit  $XX.XX" button. The following window will appear.

Step 2

Please enter "Price per item" and confirm "Quantity".  If you choose Individual Membership, then please enter 30 for "Price per item" and 1 ( default) for "Quantity".

Step 3

If you choose to pay with debit or credit card, click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". Please see Step 4. If you pay with your PayPal account, enter your email address and password and proceed.  

Step 4

Please proceed payment with debit or credit card.
