Join us for the Japan-America Society of North Carolina's Speaker’s Series. We are honored to present one our Speaker’s Series to you with our presenters. The event will be hosted by JASNC and generously supported in part by Social Science Research Council and Carolina Asia Center at UNC Charlotte. Light snack will be served.
Our presenters are Dr. Setsuya Fukuda, a social demographer and full-time researcher at the National Institute of Population and Social Security Research, Japan and and Dr. Ryo Sahashi, Associate Professor of International Politics and Faculty of Law, Kanagawa University, who specializes in international politics and is currently focusing on East Asian security as well as Japanese security policy.
FedEx Global Education Center, UNC Chapel Hill: Registration will commence at 5:00 pm with the presentation starting promptly at 5:30 pm. The Presentation will conclude at 8:00 pm.
