Sake Tasting
Please join us at Waraji Japanese Restaurant in Raleigh. You can taste five different kinds of sake. Each Sake will come with a different dish specially prepared by Chef Masa. Waraji Japanese Restaurant is one of the most popular and highly rated Japanese restaurants in the Triangle area with the largest selection of sake in this area.
Seating is limited. First come first served.
We only accept Advance Registration due to the special menu preparation.

Our Sake Sommelier is Sara E. Guterbock. Sara is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, a Certified Specialist of Wine through the Society of Wine Educators, one of the first few International Sake Sommeliers in the USA through the Sake Service Institute, Tokyo, Japan, and she received her Diploma in Wine &Spirits through the Wine and Spirits Education Trust of London, England, in 2012. Today, Sara travels to educate the masses and share her love of wine alongside Mutual Distributing Company, North Carolina’s largest purveyor of fine wine.
